If it were societally correct to go into ecstasy about Balsamic Vinegar - without people thinking I had taken leave of my senses - that is what I would do. Suffice it to say that it is the crowning glory on whatever I produce and is always a hit with guests around my dinner table. Most of them have never heard of it and think Balsamic is what is served with Olive Oil and Bread in Italian Restaurants. Many confuse the Pearls with Roe or Caviar and are delighted when they explode in their mouths. Otherwise - not much to say :-)

I received the sticky balsamic products which went well with Christmas lunch. I used apple sticky balsamic in red cabbage and apple side and the lemon pearl sticky balsamic on a cherry, walnut, and feta salad. The sticky balsamic products enhanced the flavor of each dish.
