Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a delicious and easy meal or snack, typically eaten for breakfast but can be enjoyed any time of the day!

Try this easy recipe - maybe make three so that you have some to go in the fridge! They keep up to 4 days in the fridge.

BASIC OVERNIGHT OATS

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup yoghurt (we used Greek yoghurt)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds

Add all ingredients to a jar. Mix and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

In the morning add:

1/2 chopped banana
1.5 tbs pepitas and/or sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls

PEAR OVERNIGHT OATS

In the morning, add:

1/2 cup chopped pear
1.5 tbsp crushed walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig Pearls

MANGO OVERNIGHT OATS

In the morning, add:

1/2 cup chopped mango
2 tbsp coconut
1 tsp Sticky Balsamic Lemon Pearls
