Olive Oil, Sticky Balsamic and Dukkah

It is one of the delights of the culinary world - simple, quality ingredients make food taste even better.

Here's a fantastic example of this. Simply find some good quality sourdough bread (or bread of your choice), your favourite Sticky Balsamic variety, Sticky Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and some Dukkah if you wish.

Drizzle some of the EVOO and Sticky Balsamic in a bowl and set beside the chopped sourdough. Dip into the EVOO and Sticky Balsamic mix, and afterwards if you wish, dip in Dukkah for extra flavour.

So simple and delicious!
