15 Minute Porridge with Sticky Balsamic Pearls

Porridge is totally under-rated in our books. Oats are so good for you - pair this with fruit and a delicious garnish and you have a breakfast fit for a royal!

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  • Start stewing the rhubarb. Wash and chop the rhubarb, put it in a pan with the water and sugar and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes to your liking.

  • While the rhubarb is stewing, put oats, milk and a pinch of salt in another pot and cook to your liking.

  • Once rhubarb and the porridge are ready, plate up and place some Sticky Balsamic Pearls on top! Delicious!
